Shipping
- We ship across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
- Estimated delivery is usually 3–8 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Customised/personalised jerseys (name & number) are non-returnable unless defective.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason. We will share return instructions.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, the return process applies.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
